Just prepare two documents:
- The ABSTRACT of the article in a WORD format file.
- The whole article (including the Abstract) in a PDF file.
Attach both files to and email and send them to our email address: info@aerospace99.com. The “Subject” of the email should be the word “PUBLICATION” followed by your full name.
In the body of the email, please write the following information:
- Your full name.
- Nationality.
- A telephone number where we could locate you if it is required.
- Institution, company or school where you work or study (in case there is one).
- In case you are interested in us to publish a short profile and presentation of yours as an author in our website, please send also to us a short presentation profile or short CV in editable Word format.
Once we have got your article through email, we will make a revision and an evaluation of it in order to analyze whether the article is suiting our website requirements and style or not. This process shall take around 3 working days. Once we have finished the evaluation, there may be two possible conclusions:
- We will send you an email confirming that your article has been approved, and will publish it immediately.
- We will send you an email letting you know that the article does not match our requirements (if this is the case) and why, as which possible changes could be done to the article to match the requirements, in case that some simple changes can solve the problem that is avoiding the article to become approved.
Only the content of the article, your full name and the nationality that you provided will be published in the website. In case that you do not want that your name or nationality appears in the publication, just let us know it by email when you send us the article. In any case, we will not publish any article without a name, but you can send us a pseudonymous and we will publish it under such pseudonymous instead of your name.
Just write to our email address (info@aerospace99.com) asking to delete the article. You must write to us from the same account of email that you used before to send us the article, and provide again your full name and telephone number.
